One of the turning points in my understanding of the mission that God has sent us on as his people came through our MC Leader training at Soma Communities.  It was on the discipleship process.  We sat down as leaders and went through many verses in the NT that showed how Jesus discipled his disciples.  To be honest, it transformed me.  Hopefully we'll have these trainings up soon for any to look at so you too can go through it with your leaders.  One of the papers we read prior to the training was by Dave Patty, director, president and founder of Josiah Venture. It was entitled, Raising Up Disciples.  I highly recommend you read it and see the simplicity of discipleship.
