Caesar is a church planter, missional strategist and one of founding leaders of Soma Communities. He is a spiritual entrepreneur and an avid storyteller. His background includes communications for Fortune 500 companies, media production, working with youth, and extensive travel in international missions. 

Seth McBee  (@sdmcbee)

By trade Seth is an Investment Portfolio Manager, serving as President of McBee Advisors, Inc. as well as a missional community leader, coach and trainer for those in the missional community movement.

Gino Curcuruto (@ginoc) 

Gino is a disciple of Jesus, husband to Jill, and father of four. He is a chiropractor by trade and missionary by calling. Gino enjoys making disciples in the everyday and training an  coaching others to do the same through missional communities.

CEO of Monk Development, creators of Ekklesia 360. Co-Founder of Kaleo Church where he served as Pastor for 8+ years and helped coach several church plants in San Diego. Co-Founder of the GCM Collective, President of the Board at the Center for Church Communication, Board Member of the Entrepreneurship Organization, Internet/Technology Advisory Chair at the Christian Leadership Alliance.

Hugh is an author, the founder of Missio, and is the lead pastor of Adullam.  He speaks extensively across the country encouraging and equipping pastors in incarnational ministry and missional leadership.
